Q: When can I expect my order delivered?

Packages are sent out with Lithuanian post, please allow up to 3 working days for fulfillment in most cases.

Within Europe packages take 1-2 weeks, North America 2-3 weeks, rest of the world 2-4 weeks.

Note that certain items like apparel is made on-demand, and ships from fulfillment centers in Latvia, US, UK or Spain, depending on availability.

Q: Do I have to pay customs fees?

Please check with your countries import laws, as in some cases you may be charged a customs fee before you can receive the package. This is unfortunately out of my control.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

I do accept returns/exchanges if the products are returned in sellable condition, not placed in a wash, and as they were received. The return/exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyer covers shipping costs associated with the return.
